. If i asked that person whether he likes routine the proper answer in such a case will be "yes" while for another job that same answer wont be the right one.

So the proper answer to an interview question depends on understanding what the interviewer wants to hear exactly and this wont happen before you study the company profile, the job offer and the skills needed exactly.

The second biggest misconception about interview questions is believing that the interviewers in an omnipotent being and not just a human being who experience the different emotions people experience.

Some people think that answering questions to show that they are over confident is the proper action while in fact if the interviewer didn't have much confidence your answers might intimidate him!!
